The Office Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, but primarily answers a high-volume multi-line phone system. Responsible for managing multiple tasks at once while providing reliable and responsive assistance to customers as well as employees.
The successful candidate has the desire to professionally answer high volume calls throughout the day. He or she has an appealing telephone personality and can multi-task between phone calls. This individual must be able to demonstrate their ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment. If you enjoy assisting others, this job might be a good fit for you. Experience working in a call center is helpful.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of reception/office experience preferred.
- Very comfortable with Microsoft Suite products, specifically Excel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
