Who we need:

Our goal is to strike a balance between our sales team and the customer ensuring their projects are completed on time.  We welcome a teammate who is highly organized and who is very detail oriented.  We hope to align with a candidate who is skilled at planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects.  This position will report directly to the Sales Manager.  

Specific tasks:

  • Manage the storage and release of material on purchase orders per communications with the customer and salesperson 
  • Track the status of all material for multiple projects including location and percent complete 
  • Prepare spreadsheets by gathering and summarizing data 
  • Ensure deadlines and other customer needs are met 
  • Communicate and provide support for the sales team 
  • Communicate with vendors 
  • Provide other administrative support as requested

Minimum qualifications:

  • Degree in business management or a related field preferred. 
  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. 
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
