Position Description
This position is frequently fast-paced, and requires focus, accuracy, follow-through and motivation. The customer service rep will be able to efficiently process on-line orders and returns. He or she will answer telephone and email inquiries related to order status, and will place calls to vendors to locate and expedite purchase orders. Over time, the rep will be able to help a customer through the entire sales process, advising on product selection and finding alternative solutions.

Successful Profile
The successful candidate has a passion to satisfy the needs of customers online in a friendly and efficient manner. He or she has an appealing telephone personality and a desire to sell. Technical aptitude or the ability to understand parts is important. This individual must be detail-oriented and quick-paced, as well as friendly and eager to assist. Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • One year successful sales experience
  • High school diploma
  • Detail-oriented

  • Post-secondary education
  • Bi-lingual Spanish
